🦃 Resile One Foundation’s “Big Give Back” Thanksgiving Meal Nomination
This Thanksgiving, the Resile One Foundation is giving back to families in need by providing prepared Thanksgiving meals that serve up to five people per family.
We know that some families are facing challenges—especially those coping with medical hardships, limited mobility, or financial strain—and may not have the means to prepare a holiday meal.
We will select three families to receive a full prepared meal delivered before Thanksgiving.
Nomination Criteria
To be eligible, families must meet the following criteria:

Reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolitan area (40 mile range from Grand Prairie, Texas)

Facing a medical hardship or limited mobility, or currently without resources to provide a Thanksgiving meal

Family size of up to five people

Able to receive meal delivery on Wednesday, November 26, 2025
How to Nominate a Family
Complete the online nomination form by November 20th.
You may nominate yourself or another family.
When completing the nomination form, please include:

Name and contact information for the nominated family (phone or email)

Number of people in the household

Brief explanation (3–5 sentences) about why this family would benefit from receiving a Thanksgiving meal
(Please do not share personal medical details—just provide a general overview of the family’s situation or challenges.)

Your contact information as the nominator. Nominator can remain anonymous to the nominee
Selection Process
Recipients will be selected based on need and the information provided in the nomination form. Selected families will be contacted by November 21st with delivery details.
