Established in 2016, Momentum Fitness, located in Pantego, Texas, is more than just a gym—it’s a community built on results, innovation, and care. Recognized as Living Magazine’s Best Gym of 2024 and 2025, Momentum Fitness takes pride in offering a high-end fitness experience designed for individuals who seek lasting results through a personalized approach.
At the heart of Momentum Fitness is the award-winning Physics 101 program, which blends strength-based rehabilitation, strength training, and community in a unique semi-private group setting. This innovative program not only helps members reach their fitness goals but also empowers them to move better, recover stronger, and live healthier.
Beyond fitness, Momentum Fitness is deeply committed to giving back. The team has partnered with The Resile One Foundation to support food drives, toy drives, and other initiatives that provide necessities to youth and families in need, including helping to fill local school pantries and even covering student lunch balances in Arlington ISD.
