MONIQUE JOBE
We are proud to announce that Monique Jobe has been recognized as the 2025 Resile One Community Service Award Recipient.

Monique Jobe was born in Tennessee and raised as the only child of a single parent who was a teacher. As a child, Monique was often found taking things apart to better understand how they worked. It was no surprise to those who knew her when she decided to study Computer Science at Tennessee State University (TSU), an HBCU located in Nashville. While at TSU she began volunteering with her sisterhood of L.Y.L.A.S and Epsilon Gamma Iota Engineering Fraternity.
After graduating from TSU with a Computer Science degree she moved to the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to begin her professional career as a software engineer. During this time period, Monique served as a STEM volunteer for several events such as Texas Wesleyan University TexPREP, SMU Visioneering, MathCounts, SAE Aero Design Competition, First Lego League and Grand Prairie Libraries.
She currently works as Lead Systems Engineer for an international DOD contractor. When not at work she enjoys traveling, dancing (Chicago Stepping and Swingout) and volunteering for STEM events. She is also actively involved in the TSU DFW Alumni Association and her church.
Monique consistently demonstrated extraordinary support for The Resile One Foundation. Her contributions have enabled us to fulfill our mission of serving communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
