Demetrice (Deme) Brooks is a dedicated professional, mentor, and community leader who exemplifies service and compassion in every aspect of her life. She currently serves as the F-35 Production Operations Director at Lockheed Martin and holds a Master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Residing in Midlothian, TX, Demetrice is a devoted wife and mother of three, balancing family life with her deep commitment to uplifting others.
Beyond her impressive professional career, Demetrice is passionate about mentorship and encouraging others to pursue education and careers that allow them to grow and advance. She believes in the power of guidance and representation, consistently creating opportunities for others to achieve their fullest potential.
Demetrice and her husband are active members of the Want 4 Nothing Horse Club, where her husband serves as president. Their involvement reflects their love for community, family, and creating spaces where people can come together and thrive.
Her heart for service also shines through her unwavering support of The Resile One Foundation. Demetrice has been a valued partner whose contributions and dedication have played a vital role in helping the Foundation fulfill its mission of empowering communities across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Because of her leadership, compassion, and dedication to making a difference, Demetrice Brooks is being honored with the Humanitarian Award, a well-deserved recognition of her lasting impact on the lives of others.
