Coach Nana Ankamah has been an integral leader in the Martin High School basketball program in Arlington, Texas, inspiring student-athletes to excel in athletics, academics, and personal growth. As the first African-American head coach in the school's history and the youngest head coach in the district, he has brought a groundbreaking vision to the program. Through his unwavering dedication and innovative leadership, Coach Ankamah has consistently propelled the team to new levels of success, setting a standard of excellence both on and off the court.

Coach Nana Ankamah is a first-generation Ghanaian-American who earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University.

In his free time, Coach Ankamah enjoys photography, exercise, reading, and lifelong learning. His true passion lies in using the game of basketball as a tool to shape and mold young men into well-rounded individuals.
