On a sunny day filled with joy, laughter, and empowerment, Hibbett Shoe Store partnered with Bike Friendly South Dallas to create an unforgettable experience for girls ages 8 to 12. What started as a simple outing quickly became a life-changing day for the young participants—one that celebrated confidence, community, and new opportunities.

The journey began with a coach bus picking up the girls from Bike Friendly South Dallas, transporting them to the Hibbett store on Eastchase Parkway in Fort Worth. Excitement filled the air as the girls arrived, greeted with smiles and encouragement, ready for a day designed especially for them.

Inside the store, each girl was gifted with brand-new Nike Jordan shoes, a Nike backpack, and apparel—items that not only boosted their confidence but also reminded them that they are seen, valued, and celebrated. But the surprises didn’t end there.

The highlight of the day came when the girls received their very own bicycles, along with helmets and bags they were able to decorate with creativity and flair. From personalizing their bikes to adding colorful touches to their helmets and backpacks, the girls beamed with pride as they turned each gift into a reflection of their unique personalities.

The Resile One Pop Up Squad proudly joined in the day’s efforts, helping transfer bicycles for families who didn’t have a way to transport them home. This ensured that every girl could enjoy her new ride, no matter the circumstances.
