At the 2025 Resile One Heritage Summit, the Billy Lee Tyler Scholarship Fund expanded its reach in a unique way—by supporting the R.E.A.L. Hope Youth Center in Paris, Tennessee. This nonprofit after-school enrichment program serves students in 1st through 8th grade, providing a safe, engaging space for learning, creativity, and growth.

R.E.A.L. Hope stands for Recreation, Education, Arts, and Leadership—four pillars of child development that guide the center’s mission. Every day, students benefit from homework assistance, mentoring, recreation, arts & crafts, life skills classes, and career exposure through guest speakers. It’s more than an after-school program—it’s a place where children are equipped to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Yet for some families, the cost of enrollment can be a barrier. That’s why this year’s Billy Lee Tyler Scholarship Fund helped cover program costs for children whose families otherwise could not afford participation. By doing so, Resile One ensured that more students have access to the opportunities R.E.A.L. Hope provides—opportunities that build resilience, leadership, and confidence for the future.

This collaboration embodies the spirit of the scholarship fund’s namesake, Billy Lee Tyler, who believed deeply in the power of education and financial decision-making starting at a young age. Supporting families in need so their children can learn, grow, and discover their potential is exactly the kind of legacy he lived and inspired.
